Lionel Messi’s India visit as part of his GOAT (Greatest of All Time) tour extended beyond major metros to Jamnagar, Gujarat, following his fan interactions in Mumbai, Kolkata and Delhi. The Argentine World Cup winner made a special stop at Vantara, a wildlife rescue and conservation initiative, where he was hosted by Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant.
The couple personally guided Messi through the sprawling conservation centre, offering him an insight into Vantara’s work in wildlife care and preservation. The visit was marked by a warm reception, with Messi also accompanying them to a temple during his time in Jamnagar.Messi was joined at Vantara by his Inter Miami teammates Luis Suárez and Rodrigo De Paul. Together, they took part in a ceremonial aarti, explored the sanctuary, interacted with animal caregivers and conservation experts, and experienced the scale and diversity of Vantara’s ecosystem through a guided walkthrough. For the occasion, Radhika Merchant and Anant Ambani coordinated their looks in classic black. Staying true to her understated style, Radhika wore a sleek blouse-and-trousers ensemble. The blouse featured a high turtleneck, full sleeves and a fitted silhouette, paired with straight-cut, ankle-length trousers with a relaxed fall. She kept her styling minimal with delicate earrings and a ring, wearing her hair loose with a centre part. Her makeup remained soft and natural, with defined brows, luminous skin, a hint of blush and a glossy tinted lip.
Anant Ambani matched her understated elegance in a black sherwani. The structured jacket was detailed with a bandhgala collar, padded shoulders and ornate button fastenings, finished with a silk pocket square. Coordinated trousers completed his refined look for the visit.
