Women’s Cricket: India storm into semifinal of T-20 Asia Cup beating Hong Kong

In Women’s Cricket, the Indian team has entered the semifinals of the T-20 Asia Cup after a massive 137-run victory over Hong Kong in Dubai last night. Batting first, India scored 193 for 5 in 20 overs, powered by Smriti Mandhana’s historic 124 runs off just 64 balls. She was named the Player of the Match.

With this spectacular performance, Mandhana broke multiple world records, overtaking Mithali Raj to become the highest run-scorer in women’s international cricket and securing the record for the most international centuries by a female batter.
