Prime Minister Narendra Modi inaugurated the second edition of the Bharat Mobility Global Expo, a six-day event showcasing over 100 launches across automobiles, components, and cutting-edge mobility technologies.
This years expo theme, “Beyond Boundaries: Co-creating Future Automotive Value Chain”, highlights the focus on sustainable and advanced technologies. The action will unfold across three major venues: Bharat Mandapam in New Delhi, Yashobhoomi in Dwarka, and the India Expo Centre & Mart in Greater Noida.
The event will bring together the entire mobility ecosystem under one roof. From automobile giants to component manufacturers, tyre makers, energy storage producers, software innovators, and even material recyclers—everyone will participate in the extravaganza.
Auto Expo returns to Pragati Maidan
In a much-anticipated move, the biennial Auto Expo makes its way back to Pragati Maidan, after a decade of being hosted at Greater Noida’s India Expo Centre. Now a key segment of the Bharat Mobility Global Expo, it’s set to dazzle visitors with cutting-edge innovations.
The event is being organised with support from the Ministry of Commerce & Industry and top industry bodies like SIAM, ACMA, IESA, ATMA, ICEMA, Nasscom, and more. With over 5,100 international delegates and an expected footfall of 5 lakh visitors, the expo promises to be one of the biggest industry gatherings of the year. Electric Vehicles take spotlight
Electric vehicles (EVs) will be star attractions of this year’s expo. Maruti Suzuki is gearing up to reveal its first EV, the SUV eVITARA, while Hyundai will debut the much-awaited Creta EV. Luxury automakers Mercedes-Benz and BMW will also make their mark, showcasing models like the EQS Maybach SUV and the BMW i7.
In the EV segment alone, over 40 new product launches are expected, underscoring India’s rapid shift toward electric mobility.
Showcasing components and construction equipment
The Components Show, happening from January 18 to 21 at Yashobhoomi, will feature more than 1,000 exhibitors from across seven countries, including Japan, Germany, and South Korea. Five dedicated country pavilions and participants from the US, Israel, and Thailand will unveil over 60 new products and technologies.
Meanwhile, the Bharat Construction Equipment Expo (Bharat CE Expo), a first-of-its-kind event, will run from January 19 to 22 at the India Expo Mart, Greater Noida. It will focus on innovations in construction equipment, with participation from component makers, suppliers, and tech solution providers.
