A delegation of European Parliament’s Committee on International Trade today met External Affairs Minister Dr S Jaishankar in New Delhi.
In a social media post, Dr Jaishankar said, they discussed how India and the European Union can maximize convergences and deepen cooperation. He said, this can stabilize the global economy and strengthen democratic forces. The External Affairs Minister said, the early conclusion of the India-European Union Free Trade Agreement can make a big difference to these objectives.
