The report noted that, unlike China, where industrial overcapacity and intense competition have reduced profitability, India provides long-term growth opportunities. The report highlights India’s large consumer base, skilled workforce, expanding digital economy, improving infrastructure, and business-friendly reforms as key factors driving investment. It adds that European companies are showing growing interest in sectors such as manufacturing, technology, renewable energy, healthcare, automobiles, and financial services. Industry experts say stronger India-Europe economic ties could further boost trade, investment, and technology partnerships.
