Commerce and Industry Minister Piyush Goyal today met the Chair of the Board and CEO of Archer Daniels Midland (ADM) Juan Ricardo Luciano in Chicago. In a social media post, Mr Goyal said that they discussed avenues to expand ADM’s presence and investment opportunities in India. The Minister highlighted India’s rapidly expanding food processing sector, modernising agricultural value chains and large consumer base as key areas offering significant potential for growth and collaboration. He said that India offers tremendous potential for sustainable growth and long-term collaboration in the food processing sector.
