Maharashtra Launches ‘Har Ghar Tiranga – Har Ghar Swachhata’ Campaign Ahead of Independence Day

Maharashtra has launched the ‘Har Ghar Tiranga – Har Ghar Swachhata’ campaign, uniting patriotism with cleanliness ahead of Independence Day. From civic bodies in Panvel to rural panchayats in Hingoli, Dhule, Jalna, and Bhandara, officials are leading initiatives including tricolour pledges, sanitation drives, and public awareness programmes. The campaign, running from August 8 to 15, emphasizes hoisting the national flag and promoting hygiene, water conservation, and public participation. Schoolchildren, local leaders, and citizens are actively involved, reinforcing the message of unity, pride, and civic responsibility in the lead-up to August 15.
