Secretary of the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY) S Krishnan today launched the Cyber Security Innovation Challenge (CSIC) 1.0 in New Delhi under the Information Security Education and Awareness Project. The Ministry said that the initiative exposes students to real-world cybersecurity challenges and strengthens India’s homegrown cyber resilience. It added that CSIC 1.0 is designed to foster indigenous, research-driven cybersecurity solutions from the academic ecosystem.
