Prime Minister Narendra Modi was conferred with Uzbekistan’s supreme state award, the Order of Oliy Darajali Dustlik, by President Shavkat Mirziyoyev today in Tashkent.
PM dedicated the accolade to the 1.4 billion people of India and highlighted that it is a symbol of the enduring friendship between the two civilizations. In a social media post, Mr Modi said that he is honoured to receive the award.
