For the IIFA press conference in Mumbai, Shah Rukh Khan accessorized his all-black ensemble with a limited edition Audemars Piguet watch. The actor is known for flaunting some of the most stylish watches and this Audemars Piguet watch is yet another example. The watch is a part of the brand’s Master Selfwinding collection. It has been crafted meticulously from 18-carat sand gold and it features a parted blue dial which comes with a parallel brush effect. The blue is paired with classic sand gold hands which present a beautiful contrast.The watch comes with a matte-finished alligator leather strap in a different shade of blue. The strap also includes an 18k sand gold pin buckle and 30m water resistance.
As described on Audemars Piguet’s website, this watch has only 250 pieces available in the world. Thus, making it truly a prized possession. According to the Instagram page The Indian Horology, the watch retails for CHF 41,100 (approximately Rs 39,14,000). However, the market price is around $80,000 (approximately Rs 68,93,000).
Shah Rukh Khan paired the watch with a crisp black button-down shirt. He left the top button open for an effortlessly chic look. He went with an unbuttoned blazer and had folded up its sleeves.
