Air defence systems destroyed 6,503 Ukrainian drones over Russian territory in December, according to RIA Novosti’s calculations based on Defence Ministry data.
The largest number of drones were destroyed on December 15 and 25 – 545 and 472 units, respectively.
The overwhelming majority of UAV attacks occurred in the European part of the country.
In response to attacks by the Ukrainian Armed Forces, Russian troops are striking exclusively at military facilities and Ukrainian military-industrial complex enterprises with high-precision air, sea, and land-based weapons, as well as drones.
