While rich reds, emerald greens and golds continue to dominate Indian wedding wardrobes, Janhvi chose a softer route with a dreamy lavender Banarasi silk saree. Designed by Manish Malhotra, the custom handwoven brocade drape featured delicate silver zari motifs and an intricately embellished border that added just the right amount of sparkle. The sleeveless blouse with its contemporary silhouette brought a youthful edge to the otherwise traditional ensemble, making it an ideal inspiration for modern wedding dressing.
Statement Jewellery That Stole the Show
No bridal celebration is complete without spectacular jewellery, and Janhvi’s styling delivered on every front. She wore an exquisite diamond choker paired with matching chandelier earrings from Mahesh Notandass that instantly elevated the look. Instead of keeping the styling minimal, she embraced the festive mood with a heavily embellished kamarbandh from Amrapali Jewels, beautifully accentuating the saree’s drape. Her wrists were stacked with ornate bangles from Sanzany Jewels and Maya Sanghavi Jewels, while oversized cocktail rings added an extra touch of glamour. Completing the accessories was a shimmering embellished clutch by Meera Mahadevia, perfectly complementing the silver detailing throughout the outfit.
