Youth Affairs and Sports Minister Dr. Mansukh Mandaviya launched Sardar@150 Unity March in New Delhi, to commemorate 150th anniversary of Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel. Addressing a press conference, Dr Mandaviya said that this Unity March is not merely a commemoration but a national movement to engage youth in nation-building and advancing the vision of Viksit and Aatmanirbhar Bharat.
He also stated that this initiative aims to inspire unity, patriotism and civic responsibility among the youth. The Minister added that this unity march will convey the message of self-reliance and swadeshi, reflecting the spirit of Ek Bharat Shreshtha Bharat.
The first phase of the campaign will be organized in every district from 31st October to 25th November of this year
